2. Data we collect

Registration data

Email, username and password (stored encrypted) that you provide when creating your account.

Onboarding data

Server name.

Payment data

Your card details are processed directly by Stripe. We only store your subscription identifier, never your card details.

Service usage data

Information about the players connected to your FiveM server (identifiers, playtime, resolution). This data is generated by the script you install on your server and is transmitted through your API Key.

Web analytics data

Anonymized browsing data collected by Datafast, only if you accept analytics cookies.

Support data

Subject and content of the messages you send through the support ticket system.

3. Purposes of processing

  • Provision of the FiveM server monitoring service.
  • Management of your account and subscription.
  • Payment processing through Stripe.
  • Service improvement through anonymized web analytics.
  • Service-related communications (service changes, incidents).
  • Customer support through the ticket system, with artificial intelligence assistance to classify requests and prepare draft replies.

4. Legal basis

  • Performance of a contract: Processing is necessary to provide you with the service you subscribed to.
  • Consent: For analytics cookies and commercial communications.
  • Legitimate interest: For service security and fraud prevention.

5. Data recipients

  • Stripe: Payment processing (based in the US, covered by standard contractual clauses).
  • Hosting provider: Data storage on servers located in the EU.
  • Mistral AI: European artificial intelligence provider (based in France) that processes support ticket content to classify tickets and prepare draft replies. Data is processed in the EU and is not used to train its models. AI-generated replies are marked as such and a human reviews every ticket.
  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request the deletion of your account, we will delete your personal data within a maximum of 30 days, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: Request the deletion of your data.
