Frequently asked questions
How do I install FiveMonitor on my server?
After creating your account and choosing a plan, you'll get an API Key and be able to download the preconfigured script. Just place it in your FiveM server's resources folder.
Can I sign in with Discord?
Yes. You can link your Discord account from the settings and use it to sign in directly. You can also create your account with email and link Discord later.
What are sub-users and how do Discords work?
Sub-users are additional accounts for your team of moderators or administrators. They have access to the monitor but cannot modify your account settings. Each sub-user can have linked Discord accounts for access: up to 1 Discord on the Basic plan and up to 5 Discords per sub-user on Pro plans.
What quality difference is there between Basic and Pro?
The Basic plan allows you to choose between 360p and 480p with preset settings. Pro plans unlock full configuration: resolution up to 720p, FPS from 5 to 30, bitrate from 100 kbps to 1 Mbps and adjustable thumbnail quality. You decide how much upload each player uses.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or change your plan from the dashboard. The change takes effect immediately.
What happens if I exceed the Basic plan player limit?
Players that exceed the limit won't be able to be monitored. You can upgrade to the Pro plan at any time to remove the limit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods through Stripe, including PayPal. When subscribing you can choose whichever method you prefer at checkout.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from Settings in the dashboard, with no lock-in and no phone calls. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
Do I need a credit card to get started?
No. Creating your account is free and you can start a 7-day trial with no card to use the live monitor and playtime tracking. You only need a payment method when you decide to subscribe to a plan.
What happens when the free trial ends?
The trial lasts 7 days and expires automatically. When it ends, monitoring pauses until you choose a plan: you are never charged automatically and your account and configuration are kept.
Do you offer refunds?
You can cancel anytime from Settings and keep using the service until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not issue refunds for unused partial periods.
Where is my data hosted? Are you GDPR compliant?
Service data is stored on servers located in the EU and we process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details. See the privacy policy for full details.
