1. Description of the service

FiveMonitor is a real-time monitoring platform for FiveM servers. The service lets you view the activity of players connected to your server through video streaming, manage players and administer sub-users for your team.

2. Registration and account

  • You must provide truthful and up-to-date information when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure.
  • One account corresponds to a single FiveM server.
  • Sub-users you create are under your responsibility.

3. Plans and payments

  • The service is offered through paid subscription plans.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel them.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are issued for unused partial periods.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to:

  • Use the service only to monitor FiveM servers that you own or are an authorized administrator of.
  • Not use the service for illegal activities or activities that infringe third-party rights.
  • Not attempt unauthorized access to other systems, accounts or data.
  • Not share your API Key with unauthorized third parties.
  • Inform the players on your server that they are being monitored, in accordance with applicable law.

5. API Key and script

  • You will be provided with a unique API Key to connect your FiveM server to the service.
  • You can restrict access by IP for extra security.
  • You are responsible for the correct installation and use of the script on your server.
  • FiveMonitor is not responsible for issues caused by modifications to the script.

6. Service availability

We strive to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee 100% availability. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or force majeure. We will not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of liability

FiveMonitor is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will meet all your specific requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the last 12 months.

8. Intellectual property

All FiveMonitor content, code, design and branding is the property of ASD Solutions. No license over the intellectual property is granted beyond the use of the contracted service.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be notified with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals.
